When you first set up your account, Shoreline will configure some presets. Contact Shoreline if you require changes to any of these settings.

  • Company address
  • Timezone
  • Work order man-hours or clock hours
    • Choose the unit for time estimation when creating work orders.
  • Work order priority
  • Activities:
    • Default activity status: set what status is automatically selected on an activity when a user creates one. Users have to manually change the status from the default if required.
      • Options: None, Dispatched, and Completed
    • Can register time later: set whether mobile users are able to create activities without simultaneously registering time against the activity.
