The Execution field services app allows on-site personnel to create activities and register time against them through their mobile devices. After registering time, you can add activities to timesheets, which you can submit for approval.

The app is available on Android and iOS.

Your Shoreline account administrator must provide user accounts with the necessary permissions for the Execution field services app. Contact your administrator if you are unsure if you have the required permissions.

Requirements

You need the following to use the Execution field services app:

  1. An Android or iOS device with the Execution field services app installed.
  2. A Shoreline Execution account with the necessary permissions.
  3. The relevant workspace name.
    • You can find this in the URL you use to access the Shoreline Execution web app. For example, in the URL https://ex.companyname.shoreline.no, the workspace name is ex.companyname.

Set up your device

You will need a Google (Android) or Apple (iPhone) account configured on your device.

Download the app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store to install it on your device.

Log in using the same credential you use for the Shoreline Execution web app.
