The offline functionality lets users continue to work in the system when the internet connection disappears.

Parts of the system is unavailable, but you will be able to produce DPRs, plan work, register new work orders, activities, adverse events and timesheets. All functionality you cannot use while you are offline will be greyed out so you can't access them.

You have to enable offline in your user settings. This article gives you a step-by-step on how to do this. And you have to make sure to do this when you are online so the data can synchronize to your browser.

Do not refresh your browser when working offline. This will cause data loss.

Enable offline functionality

  1. Click on the User profile (User settings) icon.
  2. In the Offline functionality section, check Enable offline functionality.
  3. Select how often you want to synchronize with the server. This is how often you download and store data locally in your browser.
  4. Click Save.
  5. Click the Connectivity (manage offline) icon next to your username.
Note: The icon will display as Synchronising for a moment after enabling offline functionality or when conducting a scheduled sychronization.
  6. You are now ready to work offline. Click Update to manually synchronize all data.
