After a resource request has been approved, you are able to create a resource plan (learn more about creating a resource plan) where you assign all required resources (manpower and logistics) to a resource calendar.

You can switch between manpower and logistics at the top of the plan and select a time range (up to 6 weeks).

Assign manpower

Before being able to assign manpower, make sure to have 'Manpower' selected.

You will see a list of personnel (in this example site technician) available to be added to the plan by clicking on the desired date and click 'Add rotation'. Here, you can define a new work schedule. Once you've added a rotation to manpower, it will show in green to which group s/he has been assigned. You can make changes by editing the rotation or remove it completely by 'Delete rotation'.

Note: Even if an employee is unavailable, it is still possible to overwrite it by adding a rotation.

Assign logistics

In order to add logistics, select the 'Logistics' tab. You will see a list of logistics that you are able to assign to a specific date by clicking on 'Add rotation'. It works the same as for manpower.

Note: Only logistic types where a work schedule was added beforehand will be shown here.

If you navigate over 'Request conflicts', it informs you about any missing allocations. Moreover, you can view the number of requested and assigned on a daily basis.

If you now scroll down and navigate to the warning icon next to personnel, after clicking on the warning, it shows you the status of the personnel skills and warns you (marked as yellow) if a skill will expire soon or has already expired (marked as red).
