The resource approval process provides the ability to request and approve personnel and logistic resources, based on qualifications and availability.

In these examples, we will use the roles of 'site planner' (requestor) and 'resource manager' (approver) to highlight the differing interactions in the system and how the feature can be used effectively.

The feature was designed to provide a list of all open resource requests and have the ability to generate new resource requests. It is aimed at two specific user types:

Requestor
This user type will...

• Generate new resource requests
• Send resource requests to specified approver(s)

Approver
This user type will...

• Manage resource requests, and approve or reject back to the requestor
