In this article, you will learn all about the section of adverse events under the Report menu. It is here where you can add adverse events as well as view/edit/delete existing adverse events.
The article covers the following topics:
1. Go to the Reports on the menu bar and select the tab called 'Adverse event reports' in the sub-menu.
2. Here you will see a list of all previous adverse events you have tracked as well as the option to add a new adverse event.
Adding a new adverse event
1. Go to the upper right-hand corner and click on '+ New adverse event'
2. Complete all necessary information
PLEASE NOTE: the adverse event you add here will be automatically added to the DPR matching same date and site. Remarks and information added will be available to view in the daily report.
3. Click on 'Save' when done
Editing and deleting adverse events
1. Locate the adverse event you want to edit or delete
2. Use the icons located on the right. The bin icon is to delete and if you want to edit just click on the pencil icon
3. Save the changes you made
