The dashboard view allows you to get an overview of all relevant data in one place without navigating through the entire system. Today, we have different dashboard views (“widgets”) available: My activities, Data dashboard, Work order progress, Site overview, Weather and Asset info.

Select Dashboard and the view of interest.

Components Widget is a view that lists out all the components/subassemblies inside each asset on a specific site. If you have assets on-site filled out with specific components/subassemblies and serial numbers, you will see them appear in this dashboard. The dashboard shows each asset and corresponding serial number in the left-hand title column. Clicking on the asset name/serial number opens up the asset modal for easy edit. Similarly, by clicking on the components/subassemblies will open up the components/subassemblies for easy edit. In the columns to the right of the title, it will list out all components/subassemblies and corresponding serial numbers to the assets. Use the site drawdown list to change the site.

  • Pagination: 9-10 per page.
  • Search should search on asset name and serial number.
  • On both asset and components/subassemblies name and serial number is shown.
  • Site selection should pick the first site in the list automatically. To save the user a click.
  • The first column is fixed (Asset name/serial no.) To keep the overview when there is a side scroll due to many components or screen size.
  • Clicking on the asset name/serial number opens up the asset modal, for easy edit.
  • Searching should be available on all widgets but sorting is not a requirement
