You can enable any personnel you add to a Shoreline Execution account as users that can log in to the Shoreline Execution web app.

  1. Got to Resources > Personnel in the left-hand menu.
  2. Click on the Edit (pencil) icon next to the relevant person in the table.
  3. Under Account settings, check Provide login details.
  4. Enter an Email and select a permission level.
  5. Optional: Enter the user's Phone and Password. If you do not enter a password, the user will set it when they receive the invite email.
  6. Click Save.

The user will receive an invite email to the email address you provided.

Disable a user

  1. Got to Resources > Personnel in the left-hand menu.
  2. Click on the Edit (pencil) icon next to the relevant person in the table.
  3. Under Account settings, uncheck Provide login details.
  4. Click Save.
