Create, configure, and assigned rotation types to personnel to manage rotations, travel, and vacation time. Any time managed through rotation types will function in the Execution conflict resolution feature when creating work schedules and rotations, making it easier to plan personnel time in Shoreline Execution.

There are three rotation types:

  • Travel
    • Default name: Domestic travel
  • Unavailability
    • Default names: Vacation, Sickness, Absence
  • Rotation
    • Default name: Work rotation

You can add new rotation types and edit existing ones by going to Account Settings > Personnel > Rotation types. Type in a Name, choose a Type and Color, and click Add rotation type.

Rotations appear in the Resource calendar in the color you assign to them here.
