You are able to register how much time you spent on a specific activity, once you've registered your time. This is done in the 'My activities' list in the dashboard or in the activity section in the work order module.

The article will guide you on how to:

Register time in the 'My activities' list

In order to register your time spent on an activity, click on the clock icon button next to the activity.

A new window will open where you indicate the start date/time as well as the end date/time spent on a certain activity. The time spent tab will automatically calculate the hours/minutes based on your start and end date/time. At the top, you can see how much time you have already registered on that specific activity and will update accordingly to your registration.

Register time in the activity list in the work order module

When you are in the activities list within the work order module, select the activity of your choice and click on the clock icon button in order to register your time spent on it.

The same window as seen above will open where you can state your time spent on this activity. It automatically adds it to the hours you registered previously.

In order to view your already registered time, click on the edit icon of the activity and go to the section register time. If you scroll down to Total activity time, you can see the total amount of hours/minutes registered on that certain activity. Moreover, as in the previous step, you are able to register further time slots.
